How To Fold the Flag
We, at Shining Star Flags & Bandanas, are often asked, "How do you properly fold the flag?" Believe it or not, there is a specific method in which to fold the flag. This method ensures that only the blue field is visible.

Believe it or not, I was actually taught how to properly fold the flag in elementary school. My sixth grade class was in charge of raising and lowering the school's flag every day. Amazingly enough, I still remember how to fold it!
That's awesome and very rare. I wasn't taught that at my elementary schools in the 1970s. There are schools today in states where flag education and reciting the Pledge of Allegiance is mandatory that don't do either. You are definitely in the minority!
